[There is no helping it. Iruka just accepts the fact that this is what is happening, this is how things are and gratefully takes the canteen of water and takes slow sips. Iruka doesn't make any sudden movements because while he still feels very uncomfortable, after the water and few deep breaths, he is fairly confident that he will not be emptying stomach acid anymore.
